In plain English: what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect, and why

When you ask for a price or send a message, we keep what you type: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and anything else you choose to add, like your email, address, or notes. We use it only to give you a price, contact you, and do the job.

To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address (never the address itself) and the type of browser you used.

Who sees it

Luke, who owns the business, and Nolan, who looks after this website.

Services that handle it for us

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and its database.
• Our email service, which sends Luke an email about your request.
• Twilio, which sends Luke a text about your request. We never text you from the website.
• A phone alert app that tells Luke a new request came in. It does not get your details.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a robot, is using the form.

What we don't do

No tracking cookies. No ads. We never sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

After a job is done, or if you don't book, we remove your name and contact details after 18 months. We keep only the price details, with no name attached.

Deleting your information

Call or text Luke at (210) 726-3608 or email door2dumped@gmail.com, and we will delete it.
