Window cleaning
From $5 a window
I clean the glass, frames and sills. Pick outside only, inside and outside, or a deep clean that adds screens and tracks.
Hard water spot removal
$8 a window
Our sprinklers leave white spots that normal cleaning won't take off. I test a small spot first and tell you what will come off before you pay for it.
Gutter cleaning
From $129
I clear the leaves and twigs out of your gutters and downspouts. You save 10% on gutters when you book them with a window cleaning.
Solar panel cleaning
$8 a panel, $99 minimum
Dust and pollen cut how much power your panels make. I use pure water and a soft brush, so they dry without spots.
Driveway washing
From $119
I pressure wash driveways and walkways, from the street to your front door.
Screens and new screen mesh
$35 a screen
Torn or faded screens get new mesh in the frame you already have. The deep clean also hand-washes every screen.
Skylights and mirrors
Mirrors $6, skylights $15
Skylights from the roof side, plus shower doors, big mirrors and glass rails inside.
Christmas lights
From $3 a foot
I hang Christmas lights on your roofline, bushes and trees, keep them working through the season, and take them down in January. Use my lights, or have me hang yours.
