Do I need to be home?
Not for outside only. For inside cleaning, someone 18 or older needs to let Luke in.
How do I pay?
You pay after the job, once you've looked over the glass and you're happy with it.
Will you ask me to pay up front?
No. Luke never asks for payment before the job, and never by gift card or wire. If anyone asks you for that, it isn't Luke.
What if it rains?
If rain spots your outside glass within 7 days, Luke comes back and redoes the outside for free. Just text him a photo.
How do I count my windows?
Count every opening that has glass. A window with a top and bottom half that slide is still one window. A sliding patio door counts as one glass door. If you're stuck between two sizes, pick the bigger one. Or skip counting and tell us your home size instead.
Is the online price the real price?
Yes. It's the price for what you entered. Luke checks before he starts, and if anything is different he shows you the change first. Nothing gets added without your OK.
Can you get hard water spots off?
Most light spots come off. Our water is very hard, though, and spots that sat for years can etch into the glass. Luke tests a small spot first and tells you what will come off before you pay for it.
Do you do power washing?
Yes. Driveways, walkways and patios. Pick driveway washing when you get your price.
Do you clean businesses?
Yes. Storefronts and offices are priced in person, usually on a monthly or every-3-months schedule. Call or text to set up a walk-through.
What comes with Christmas lights?
With Luke's lights, he brings the lights, clips, timer and cords, hangs everything, fixes any section that goes out during the season, takes it all down after January 2, and stores the lights until next year. With your own lights, he hangs them and takes them down, and you keep them.
When do Christmas lights go up and come down?
Installs start in early November. Takedown starts January 2.
